By accessing or using Flow TTS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Flow TTS provides text-to-speech synthesis services, including but not limited to:

  • Converting text to natural-sounding speech in multiple languages
  • Voice cloning from audio samples
  • AI-powered dubbing and localization
  • Voice modification and customization
  • API access for developers

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity without their consent
  • Clone voices without proper authorization from the voice owner
  • Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Voice Cloning Consent

When using our voice cloning feature, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained explicit consent from the person whose voice you are cloning, or
  • You are cloning your own voice, or
  • You have legal rights to use the voice (e.g., voice actor agreements, licenses)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate voice cloning consent requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Flow TTS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text and audio content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Audio: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable subscription terms, you own the synthesized audio output generated from your text input.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

8. API Usage

If you access the Service via our API, you additionally agree to:

  • Use API keys only for authorized purposes
  • Not share API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Comply with rate limits and usage quotas
  • Implement appropriate security measures in your applications
  • Provide proper attribution where required

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
  • Suspend service for emergency maintenance
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow TTS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you create or distribute using the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
